Bajan Artisanal Liqueurs

The Display Group Inc. is proud to announce the launch of its newest division, Bajan Artisanal, dedicated to crafting exquisite liqueurs that capture the vibrant flavours of Barbados.

Bajan Artisanal liqueurs are meticulously handcrafted in small batches, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity. Our current offerings include:

Grapefruit Liqueur: A zesty burst of citrus that invigorates your senses with each sip.
Coconut Liqueur: Smooth and indulgent, delivering the essence of the Caribbean.
Banana Liqueur: Rich and mellow, capturing the pure essence of ripe bananas.
Sorrel Liqueur: A refreshing blend, evoking the spirit of traditional Caribbean festivities.
Pineapple: A sweet and tangy taste of the tropics.

These liqueurs are perfect for enjoying neat, on the rocks, or with soda water. They also make excellent ingredients for cocktails, offering mixologists endless creative possibilities.

Bajan Artisanal liqueurs are currently available in 375 ml bottles, with larger sizes available for mixologists and professional use.

Bajan Artisanal also offers old fashioned, traditional Bajan Cocktails. These small batch liqueurs take you back to old time Barbados.

Rum & Falernum (Corn ‘n Oil): We agree that the name is not appealing, but this classic Bajan cocktail neither contains corn nor oil. It’s made with the finest aged Barbados rum, falernum and a dash of aromatic bitters. Falernum is uniquely Bajan and was invented in Barbados in the 18^th century. It was first made by blending rum, sugar, lime juice and spices, and it’s sweet, spicy and nutty. The rum looks a bit like oil when it added to the lighter coloured falernum, leading to the name. Pour over crushed ice and enjoy.
Rum Cocktail: Rum cocktails have been made in Barbados for centuries since sugar and rum have been produced here. The only way to truly enjoy a rum cocktail is to put it in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously – the longer the better. Then pour the frothy cocktail into a small pony glass or a shot glass and sip it slowly. This is a potent cocktail and should be consumed in small quantities. You have been warned!
